Data transfer to third countries
The operator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.
Personal data security
To protect your personal data, we have taken all reasonable technical, security and organizational measures in accordance with the requirements and regulations of the applicable legislation. All your personal data in electronic form are stored on secure data servers.
Personal data storage
We store personal data for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between us and to exercise claims from the contractual relationship. Personal data, the storage of which is necessary for the fulfilment of all our obligations arising from the legal regulation, must be kept for the period specified by the relevant legal regulation, regardless of your consent. For tax and accounting documents, this period is 10 years. In case of marketing or other activities, for which you have given us consent, we store your data for a period of one year.

Right to rectification

Right to access to data
You have the right to access your data that we process about you and to request an overview of the purpose for which they are processed, to whom we provide them and how long we keep them at grotto@grotto.sk
Right to erasure
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we process if the following conditions are met and this does not apply to data that we are obliged to keep according to law (e.g.: accounting documents):
- personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed;
- you revoke your consent on the basis of which personal data were processed and there is no other legal basis for processing personal data;
- personal data were processed illegally;
- the reason for the deletion is the fulfilment of an obligation according to the law, a special regulation or an international agreement;
- these are personal data of a person under 16 years of age.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to ask us to limit the processing of your personal data if:
- you object to the correctness of the personal data until the correctness of the personal data is verified;
- the processing of your personal data is illegal;
- we no longer need your personal data for the purpose of processing, but you need them for the application, exercise or defense of your legal claims;
- you object to the processing of your personal data according to the previous point.
Right to object
You have the right to file complaints with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your personal data has been processed in violation of applicable legal regulations on personal data protection.
