Almost like at home! Our baguettes are filled and prepared by hand, with the exception of slicing ham and cheese (those nice slices need to be cut by a machine). Every tomato and salad go through a thorough inspection, and only then it lands in your baguette. Pastries, as well as other ingredients, are regularly inspected by the production manager who oversees the whole production orchestra under her thumb, from a small salad leaf to a ready-made baguette.

We deliver finished products to counters in Slovakia within 12 hours of production. You can find them fresh and ready-to-eat within 5 days of production, but they are usually gone the very same day.
